INSIDE/OUT will see STAC bring art to the streets of Clonmel this Spring as the second instalment of Clonmel’s In The Open | Faoin Spéir programme of outdoor projects under the theme ‘Coming out toPlay’. INSIDE/OUT proposes to make the town of Clonmel an outdoor gallery, bringing the art to the streets, buildings and footpaths of the town.
STAC is now inviting applications from Tipperary artists to be part of this project, to get the chance to see their work presented outdoors on a large scale.

This project is funded by In the Open | Faoin Spéir - an Arts Council funded programme developed in response to the COVID-19 crisis for 2021 which will see a variety of outdoor arts events taking place in public spaces around Ireland. Co-funded and led by Tipperary County Council. Supported by Technological University of the Shannon (TUS).
